Michael Kollock

President / CEO / Security Specialist I

Michael Kollock’s military career spans from 1984 to 1996. He was assigned to Fischbach, Germany, in the 64th Ordnance co. 59th Ordnance brigade, special weapons, and nuclear unit PRP certified unit. Specializing in security and transportation of conventional and nuclear munitions. Description of duties included security, transport, and Edo of munitions. From 2001 to 2005 he served in the Army National Guard as munitions 55 bravo and Delta series. Duel MOSs currently 19 Delta Calvary’s scout. Security experience involves 20 years of specializing in asset protection, event security, and Executive protection. Mike has worked for various entertainment and fortune 500 companies such as penthouse magazine as Executive protection and regional trainer for their security staff, setting up various clubs for them from 2002 to 2003. Mike has worked as a freelance agent and consultant for various security companies and Central Florida nightclubs before applying for his own agency license in 2018. Currently specializing in event security and asset protection work as well as Executive protection. Additional past clients include John Singleton and the cast of snowfall, Orlando’s channel 9 news, waste management, and the US Marshall’s Prison detail.

Tarell Underwood

Vice President / Security Specialist II

Tarell Underwood Served in the United States Army and National Guard holding 3 MOS-11-B (reconnaissance team) 11-C (motors) and 25L (cable dog). He spent most of his years in reconnaissance training on tactical driving, building entries, and weapons. He has done 3 Tours, 1 Iraqi freedom, and 2 Enduring freedom. While overseas he was part of a 5-man team with proficiencies on radio, machine guns, and sniper rifles. He has executed over one hundred mounted patrols as truck and convoy commander. Implemented security operations for Forward Observation Base. Trained soldiers in-room clearing and tactical shooting. He guarded 3-star generals coming into hot zones and performing patrols, and QRF. Charge of all Bazars entrees on fob while performing vehicle searches and body searches. When Tarell was not deployed he worked for private security for Citrus Bowel, Orlando Red hot and boom, and Amway Orlando Events. Performed entry checks before all events, VIP hallway, main floor, and back of house. Tarell still continuing to train and perform part-time private security duties.

Williams Pahl

Security Specialist

William Pahl’s military career spans from 2002 to 2008. He was assigned to the 257 transportation battalion. 2004-2008 7th group and third armor division, transportation of special weapons and equipment, during his time in the military he was deployed 6 times to Red zones such as Cairo Egypt, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Germany, ranging from 6 to 15 months each.. Description of duties included security, transport, and E.O.D of munitions. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Army he worked as a medical transporter, then received his D and G security license and his license to conceal. Since then, he has worked as a contracted armed guard for various companies. He is currently specializing in event security and asset protection work as well as Executive protection. The most recent detail was for the US Marshall’s Prison.
